SA Youth’s governing Board is comprised of individuals and corporations that support and advance our mission. The Board meets bi-monthly at one of our locations every January, March, May, July September and November. Meetings last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours each quarter.

SA Youth seeks dedicated individuals who will devote at least six to eight hours a month performing these functions:
- Developing strategies
- Providing financial oversight
- Conducting fund-raising activities
- Developing policies
- Promoting the organization in the community
- Contributing to the Board’s own learning experience and success
- Evaluating CEO performance
- In addition, each Board member is asked to make a meaningful, personal financial contribution to support SA Youth’s work with youth.
