SA Youth's See Our Achievement Rise! (SOAR!) is a positive youth development program for opportunity youth between the ages of 16 to 25 who have left the traditional school system in the city of San Antonio and Bexar County. SOAR! offers young adults the opportunity to earn their high school diploma while also preparing them for the workforce.
